1 cup pineapple, grape juice, cherry or other juice of your choice**
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. stevia
3 tbsp. gelatin
Bring juice to a boil in a medium saucepan
Allow to cool for 4 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and stevia.
Whisk in gelatin very slowly so bears will not be lumpy.
Allow mixture to cool almost to room temperature.
Pour mixture into gummy bear molds.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
**The bears will be the color of the juice you choose.
